Dave Peck personally visits each of our properties once a week for a General Property Inspection as well as ensures that our subcontractors are doing their job to your satisfaction as well as ours. Our goal is to procure the highest quality services through careful contractor selection and negotiation of price. We have a select professional group of contractors to choose from specializing in all aspects of property maintenance. Additionally, we obtain bids for any required service as directed by the Board. Dave brings his professional knowledge and experience in residential building to your association ensuring your property is a high quality living environment you are happy to come home to.
Our Community Governance Team is run by Michelle Peck. TMMC knows how important communication is to foster a well run community as well as ensuring the rules, regulations, covenants, and bylaws are enforced. Either by personal contact, telephone, or email TMMC will facilitate all communication between Board members, committee members, and residents. We offer 24-hr emergency service, 365 days a year and respond to all routine calls within one (1) business day. We use a contact management database to track calls, email and miscellaneous correspondence between the management company, Board, and residents. Our Community Governance Team also provides hands on budgeting, newsletters, agendas, minutes, and conducting meetings. It also involves overseeing the Covenant and Rule violation enforcement program and administering the Design Review program. |
